How does the silent disco hire process work? Send us an enquiry through our simple online form, email or give us a call. We will contact you and provide a quote within an hour (during office hours). If you would like to go ahead we will request customer, delivery and collection details. A booking confirmation is sent to you to confirm the booking and deposit of 50% is payable. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your event.

Once the booking is confirmed, this is our usual process for Silent Disco dry hire bookings:

Choose your package

Select the number of silent disco headphones you need. Our hire packages start from just £125.

We deliver everything to you

Your fully charged LED headphones, transmitters and all required cables are delivered directly to your chosen address before your event.

Connect your music

Connect up to three music sources to the transmitters. You can use phones, tablets, laptops, DJ equipment or your favourite streaming service.

Turn on your headphones and party

Guests simply choose their preferred channel using the switch on their headphones. The LED lights change colour depending on which channel they’re listening to.

Return everything after your event

Once your event is finished, simply pack the equipment back into the supplied boxes. Your return can either be collected by our courier or dropped off at a convenient local drop shop, depending on the return option arranged for your booking.

We hired a silent disco for our evening wedding party. Guests absolutely loved it, and everyone got involved – including plenty of people who wouldn’t normally get up and dance. Communication was great before and after the event, and it was very easy to set up ourselves – we had three channels, running from two iPads and an iPhone. Considering the amount of fun everyone had, it was brilliant value compared to a getting a DJ – there was even a silent disco conga at one point! Highly recommended 🙂
