Silent Disco Dry Hire How We Do It!
How does the silent disco hire process work? Send us an enquiry through our simple online form, email or give us a call. We will contact you and provide a quote within an hour (during office hours). If you would like to go ahead we will request customer, delivery and collection details. A booking confirmation is sent to you to confirm the booking and deposit of 50% is payable. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your event.

Once the booking is confirmed, this is our usual process for Silent Disco dry hire bookings:
Preparing The Silent Disco Headphones
Your silent disco headphones are prepared by one of our Silent Disco warehouse staff. Each headphone is fully charged and cleaned before being sent.
Packaging The Silent Disco Headphones
All our silent disco headphones are packed as best as possible for transit. At The Silent Disco Company we use heavy-duty cases to ensure nothing is damaged in transit. The transmitters come with cables as requested and set up instructions will be sent within the box and by email.
Transit – Sent Via DPD
Your silent disco headphones are then sent via our courier the day before your delivery date. The courier will text/email you in the morning of the delivery and give you a 1-Hour delivery slot! Headphones will arrive between 9am-6pm – So make sure someone is in!
Arrive – Plug In & Away You Go
When the headphones arrive simply take out the transmitter, plug in and away you go! Enjoy your Silent Disco Hire! We offer set up videos and instructions to make your setup as smooth as possible.
After The Event Headphones Collection
Your headphones will be collected between 9am-6pm by the courier. Ensure you pack up the boxes with all the headphones and equipment provided. Use the white security tags provided to secure the boxes ready for collection. Your headphones will arrive back with us the day after collection. We always check and confirm the booking has been returned correctly and will notify you of this.
