Over a decade ago, he launched the Silent Disco and has since gained extensive experience organizing world-class events globally. Max joined the warehouse team in 2025, and with a last name like Ironman, he was pretty much destined to work with us. From carefully packing silent disco kits to making sure everything’s event-ready, Max keeps things running smoother than one of our playlists. No superhero suit required, just precision and hard work.
Warehouse Team
Starting as a temp, Alfie slotted right into the warehouse team. His packing station is never without a snack (or three), proving he’s as dedicated to fuelling himself as he is to getting every order out perfectly. If you can’t find him, follow the trail of snack packets!
